There are enough legal issues surrounding podcaasting that you could go all day on just that topic — if you didn't mind alternately scaring and boring your audience do death, that is. ;) Check out, for example, Elizabeth Fletcher's upcoming podcast related talk in Boston (scroll down to "Legal Committee Report"), all about whether podcasting (or netcasting, as everyone here seems now to be calling it) is or should be subject to laws and regulations otherwise applicable to broadcast media. Hoo boy...
